CMS WRX and STI Firewall Spot Weld Replacement Hardware Kit 2008-2011 Subaru Impreza, 2008-2014 WRX/STi

The clutch and brake pedal assembly is mounted onto a bracket that is spot welded onto the firewall in 6 x 5mm diameter spot welds. The thin firewall will eventually have small 5mm diameter holes ripped off along with the welded joint through use of the clutch pedal, leading to a squeaky clutch and sometimes brake pedal.

This kit is meant to be installed in place of the broken spot welds without removing your dash, as holes are drilled through the studs for wire that will aid in installation (wire not included).

Time of install: 2-3 hours.

Included in purchase: 6 sets of hardware to replace the 6 "problem" spot welds
