Testing the flow rates of injectors in-house before an engine is tuned allows
us to catch issues that could potentially cause catastrophic damage. It also keeps
turnaround time down to a minimum. Not only does it give us a piece of mind
that the injectors are spraying correctly or the advertised flow rate but it also
serves as a diagnostic tool where we can test Leakage, spray pattern, flow
rate, balance test and, provide cleaning and retesting.
